Sales Engineer

Skills and Qualifications required:

• Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales, MS Office skills
• Graduate with Diploma/ Bachelor degree (Engineering is preferred)
• Age preferably not more than 45 years old
• Experience in Sales & Services at least 2 years, prior experience in heavy industrial equipment sales and/or of machinery
• Have SIM A

Job Descriptions:

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Provides products, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintaining and increasing sales of by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains good relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit, demonstrating cost reductions, operations and service improvements.
• Develop and penetrate into competition’s accounts.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Provide accurate sales projection/ forecast on monthly basis.
• Conduct sales presentation and value added solutions to customers when deemed required.
• Responsible for the entire Pre-Sales and Post Sales process (from Sales call > Quote > PO > Contract > Payment Terms > Delivery > Installation Coordination > FAC).
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
