Our client is a leading HVAC company in Indonesia. Currently they are looking for a Sales Engineer. This position will be responsible to drive the sales growth of their portfolio within the industrial and commercial sector. This includes acquiring new clients, fostering existing customer relationships, and delivering customised solutions based on their unique security and fire protection needs.

Description

• Develop and manage individual sales plans and pipelines within your assigned market segment.
• Implement initiatives, focusing on total customer satisfaction and achieving set business goals.
• Expand the customer base by nurturing existing relationships and acquiring new clients.
• Gather and share competitor intelligence, including product information, pricing, performance, and promotions.
• Foster close collaboration across departments to ensure overall company objectives are achieved.
• Meticulously manage projects regarding costs, delivery schedules, and minimizing rework.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors to enhance responsiveness, profitability, and payment collection.
• Demonstrate initiative by completing assigned tasks, including ad-hoc duties, as directed by your superior.

Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree or above in any field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as sales/marketing position in direct selling for Controls and Fire & Security in industrial / commercials
• Possess a strong knowledge of sales & distribution development, forecast pricing, quotation and budgeting
• Proven track record of leading a high performing team
• Have an excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellence in English verbal and written
