Sales Executive Horeca - Surabaya

Haveltea needs experienced professionals who love tea to fill the following position :

SALES EXECUTIVE - SURABAYA

QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum education : D3
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience dealing with F&B HORECA customers
• Outgoing personality and well-groomed
• Good communication in English (verbal and written). 
• Able to work with sales admins . Comfortable to work in a team
• High negotiation skill
• High initiative and positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage & develop new business with HORECA clients and other key accounts
• Create and execute sales action plans and strategies
• Prepare quotation & offer, monitor sales and follow up with clients
• Achieve sales target and boosting sales
• Coordinate with sales admin to ensure order delivery on time
• Coordinate with finance to make sure on-time payment from clients
• Prepare periodic reporting to management (direct report to CEO)
