Job Description: 1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach 2. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

6. Research customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them 7. Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service. 8. Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
9. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance. 10. Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for one or more sales territories.
11. Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients. 12. Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary. 13. Collaborate with marketing & communication manager to develop lead generation plans.
14. Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends. 15. Negotiate and assign payment plan schedule to customers. 16. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
17. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. 18. Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train, and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled 19. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
20. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them 21. Prepare budgets and approve expenditures.
