Responsibility:
Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans/strategies and budget to increase revenue and market share, explore a new outlet and explore sales opportunities
Manage-develop and lead distributor team
Measure and drive team performance-engage distributors to grow and retain top talents
Ensure distributor financial compliance-provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring at designated area
Implement innovative approaches to drive product awareness and market penetration
Conduct thorough analysis and assessments to identify areas of improvement
Use market insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition
Prepare and present monthly sales realization targets and reports in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals
Requirements:
Proven 5+ years Sales Management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make needed recommendations
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the mother and child industry or related areas and having knowledge about breastfeeding preferred
Computer proficiency and strong presentation skills.
