- Establish annual sales goals tailored to each distributor in Sumatera, Kalimantan, and East Indonesia by leveraging historical sales data, market trends, and customer capabilities
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with existing distributors
- Implement a dynamic pricing strategy to maximize company's volume and profitability.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university in related field
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as National Sales or Business Development, preferably in Building Materials, chemical, and plastic industry
- Proven track record of growing and managing successful distributor networks for industrial products.
- Excellence in English verbal and written
- Open to frequent business travel
