You will responsible (but not limited) to:
- Spearhead Sales activities through monitoring and direct in-house sales and Property Agents.
- Collaborate with the Promotion Team to create and deliver highly effective promotional programs.
- Manage recruiting, goal setting, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
- Present sales, income and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales for Property Business
- At least 3 years' working Experience as Sales Manager
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from end to end
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
