You will work closely with our Marketing and Commercials team to meet the targeted number of sales.
Job Description
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's sales achievement
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Conduct interviews with sales candidates, set objectives, train and coach them (together with our Sales Traniers), and monitor their performances.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company' sales target are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Sales/Telemarketing Manager (mandatory)
- Experienced in handling a minimum of 50 sales staffs/salesforces, either Telemarketing or direct sales.
- Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement
- Proactive and initiative behavior at work
- Strong people management and administration skills
- Have experience in CRM for data analysis and daily activity reporting
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Strong analytical skills
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
