Sales & Marketing Development

Responsibilities:

1. Represent the company’s products and services in a good manner and thorough knowledge (aluminium manufacture)
2. Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls or customer-visit to generate sales
3. Present, promote and sell products and services by implementing the marketing strategies and tactics
4. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
5. Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
9. Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations

Requirement :

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing management, communication, or a related field 
2. Have 3 or more years of sales experience (preferably within a similar industry)
3. In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search
4. Excellent written and verbal marketing communication skills
5. Strong-willed, diligent and persistent towards goals and aims
6. Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skill 
7. Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
8. Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
