Responsibilities:
- Represent the company’s products and services in a good manner and thorough knowledge (aluminium manufacture)
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls or customer-visit to generate sales
- Present, promote and sell products and services by implementing the marketing strategies and tactics
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
Requirement :
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing management, communication, or a related field
- Have 3 or more years of sales experience (preferably within a similar industry)
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search
- Excellent written and verbal marketing communication skills
- Strong-willed, diligent and persistent towards goals and aims
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skill
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
