Sales & Marketing Engineer

BKS S.A. is a European company established more than 35 years ago in Belgium, Europe. BKS Group currently owns one factory in Belgium, Luxembourg, Thailand and Indonesia.

PT BKS Indonesia has been established since 10 years in Indonesia and is focusing on the production and grinding of various types of Industrial Knives.

BKS Indonesia is looking for a dynamic individual with hands on experience to strengthen its team in Cikarang – Delta Silicon 5.

Responsibilities :

• Deal with technical requests from customer and analyse their needs.
• Collect the necessary information from the customer and earn the advice from other department within the company in order to quote and for a smooth handling of orders
• Manage and develop our sales portfolio with current and new prospects in the industries requiring 5-Axis Milling/Turning Machining mechanical jobs
• Develop sales strategy and propose new opportunities for growth
• Visit customers and prepare meeting reports
• Prepare quotations and obtain Purchase Orders
• Follow up on overall execution of the project

Following skills are required :

• Excellent English (both spoken and written)
• Minimum Diploma 3/Politeknik Jurusan Mesin/ Metallurgy
• Minimum 5 years Sales Engineer experience in industrial knives/mechanical engineering
• Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D technical drawings. Knowledge of Solidworks/Autocad is an advantage
• Knowledge of plastic industry is an advantage (Compounding & Masterbatches, Virgin material producers)
• Experience in sales for Machining Job orders
• Candidate must be willing to travel all over Indonesia
• Willing to work in a small team, very autonomous and self-confident
• Good Computer skills
