Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Swiss-Belexpress Cilegon located in Cilegon. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing strategy, maximizing revenue through sales, identifying business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. This role will require collaboration with internal departments to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including business development and lead generation
• Experience in managing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
