2. Receiving and processing of all customer calls, including customers of field salespeople – inquiries, requests for additional information, order-taking and other activities
3. Growth of existing accounts that will be assigned
4. Takes down complete orders from customers and encodes accurately to QBE
5. Management of accounts receivables, including collection of all sales transactions and proper endorsement of payment documents.
