We are now looking for a position as a Sales Person areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 5 year of relevant experience in sales handling Heavy Equipment (rental will be preferred)
- Have strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, communication ability, initiative and execution ability;
- Excellent cross-department collaboration capabilities;
- Be able to use English as a working language and Chinese will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
• Responsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the company, based on a thorough knowledge of the market.
• Keeps positive relationships with potential clients, business partners, financial institutions etc. (i.e., business activities: sales, trade, rental and maintenance services on heavy lifting and others equipment/machinery etc.).Sales
• Develops and executes a professional sales plan to reach the main objectives.
• Identifying new sales leads.
• Responsible for sales performance (by areas/regions) and provide excellent service and ensure customer/client satisfaction is established.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/clients.
• Develops and manages a well-functioning sales team, in order to reduce the risk of idle equipment, maximize sales revenues, and meet the main objectives.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers/clients.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events/exhibitions.Other Duties
• Assist and support to overseas markets and business expansion etc.
• Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
