We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible to find new prospects and potential business opportunities, manage client database and be the one who contacted the clients first in order to deliver information about Company's services. The ideal candidate is has a strong background in sales field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and and results-oriented mindset.
Job Descriptions:
- Identify new prospects and potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Contact prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Deliver information about Company's services and solutions persuasively.
- Evaluate the fit of prospects with Company's services.
- Provide initial information to prospects about the value proposition of the Company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to transfer qualified prospects to the main account team.
- Provide support in the client acquisition process.
- Maintain and report on the status of the prospect pipeline regularly.
- Use CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
- Analyze internal marketing campaign results and present recommendations for improvement.
- Collect, categorize, and develop client database (raw, potential, and existing clients).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative/Sales Executive/BD or similar sales role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work to targets and achieve quotas.
- Basic knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Great in writing and speaking English.
