Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy in every marketing funnel to enhance
the brand's market position based on market data, sales history, consumer trend/ market
insight, and key buying factor.
Set and manage KPI's for Sales and Operating Profit, Stock Cover, Aging, Supply Chain
to drive profitability of the Brand
Coordinate with Internal stakeholders to achieve collective goals
Implement and monitor regularly marketing strategy based on campaign calendar and
ensure the return on investment
Convey the right brand messaging through multiple touchpoints according to brand
guidelines
Manage cost ratio and result
Monitor allocation & distribution strategy across multiple channels and thereby align
sales & marketing mix
Manage key stakeholders including Clients, Customers, Consumers, and Agencies to
drive the engagement and strong relationship
Explore, prospect, and manage consumer data, encouraging engagement programs to
maintain long-run goals through customer relationship program
Develop and implement strategies to address potential crises and manage brand
reputation
Construct monthly sales report that summarizes sales achievement, marketing activities
updates, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
Min. 5 7 years of experience in brand management & marketing at FMCG or
healthcare company, as Product or Brand Manager.
Proven experience in managing brand management, promotion, and sales performance
across multiple channels and touchpoints in Indonesia with a strong track record of
successful brand development.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economic, Management, Business, or
a related field from a reputable university.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the health and beauty industry, including trends,
competitors, new product development, brand development, brand messaging, digital
marketing, customer relationship management, and regulatory requirements along with
experience leveraging analytics tools.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market trends and
consumer data, making data-driven decisions and optimizing marketing strategies
accordingly, strong problem solving skills in order to drive the business performance
Exhibit leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams,
along with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with various teams within the
organization.
Demonstrate proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception
to execution, within established timelines and budgets.
Willing to work within a small team
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to
collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
