Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Consumer Health Company. Our client is seeking for Group Brand Manager position. This job will be based in South Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Define and communicate clear brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer insights, and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create annual brand plans and budgets.
- Lead the successful launch of new products, including developing launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, R&D, and supply chain, to achieve brand objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience 8+ years in brand management within the consumer health or consumer goods industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with industry and best practices.
