Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Brand Manager Pharma OTC. The Group Brand Manager will drive the growth and success of the Pharma OTC business by developing and implementing strategy, managing brand activities, and ensuring that brand messaging is consistent across all channels. The Group Brand Manager will also work with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, establish KPIs, and monitor progress towards achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand management and marketing
- Strong understanding of the Pharma OTC industry and regulatory requirements for min. 8-10 years
- Experience in launching, developing brand, and marketing strategies in Consumer Health Care or related industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets/channels. Experience in trade marketing and sales is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Media & Communication, Pharmacy, or a related field
