Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ringing up client and arranging for inspections
- Introduce and explain products or services to prospects.
- Achieve set sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Familiarity with the products/services being offered.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changes in products, strategies, or customer interactions.
- Maintain ethical standards in sales practices.
