SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities :
• Dealing with clients via email and telephone
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Promoting available products and services to clients
• Providing daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
• Maintain and develop relationship with new and existing clients.
• Assisting the administrative needs of the sales division
Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor degree in any major
• Experience at least 1 years sales in financial markets
• Able to work under team or individual
• Target oriented
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Willing to travel
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
