Responsibilities:
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop strong connections with potential customers by actively listening, understanding their pain points, and demonstrating genuine interest in their business needs.
- Deliver engaging product presentations highlighting the value proposition of ASYX's offerings and addressing specific customer challenges.
- Confidently negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure their continued satisfaction with ASYX.
- Analyze data, identify market trends, and provide feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
- Continuously learn about ASYX's products, industry trends, and competitor landscape to remain at the forefront of your field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in a similar B2B (business-to-business) environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
- Knowledge of ASYX's industry and products (a plus).
- Possesses good English speaking and - writing skills.
