Jotun is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to strengthen Protective Coatings department as the Sales Representative. The successful candidate will sell and promote Protective coating products to current customers and seek for new potentials in designated area by providing professional sales service, monitoring collection, coordinating with other departments, and responding quickly to meet customers' request to ensure the budgeted sales, market shares, gross margin, DSO target, and excellent customers satisfaction are achieved.
This position will be based in Jabodetabek and direct report to Area Sales Manager Jabodetabek.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Jotun Protective Coating products both on B2B and Dealer (B2C) Channel
- Create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, swift response on quotations and inquiries in order to secure growth and increase market share
- Maintain customer relationship by regular visits, responding to enquiries and providing advice on product selection in order to achieve sales budget
- Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) and to achieve the targeted gross margin
- Co-ordinate with internal departments like: Customer Service, Marketing and TSS to ensure high-quality of service is provided
Job Requirements:
- The candidate should have a university degree from any major
- Minimum of 2 years experience as technical sales, with similar business or focused on the Industrial market
- Has a driven personality, talkative, able to convince and persuade others
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Able to provide own vehicle (car) & driving license A
- Willing to be place in Jabodetabek & mobile all in operational area around Greater Jabodetabek.
