This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Sparepart Officer at ULTI.id located in Balikpapan. The Sales Sparepart Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. They will work closely with customers to provide excellent service and meet their spare part needs.

• Customer service and communication skills
• Experience in lead generation and sales operations
• Knowledge of channel sales
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
