Sales Supervisor / Sales Executive

Location:

Denpasar, Bali

Jakarta

Your Role:

As the Sales Supervisor / Sales Excutive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing effective sales strategies for sustainable business growth, increasing market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and inspire sales teams to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Conduct training and coaching for sales team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and take necessary actions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic sales reports.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, tobacco industry, or alcoholic beverage.
• Strong connection to Horeca and MT Channel.
• Max. 40 years of age.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading teams in a competitive market.
• English Proficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
  Bachelor’s degree in related field as a minimum.
