- Processing data that received from other departments
- Create report and documentations
- Follow up any approval and administrative data that required
- Organizing and preparing documents that required for any event related to the department
- Organize and handle data using Microsoft Office
- Assist in other clerical duties.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
- Minimum 1 year of experiences in related field
- Knowledge about Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Knowledge about data analysis
- Excellent in writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good personality skills (Honest, Discipline, and Responsible).
