Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage new clients
- Preparing Leads, Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Order and Delivery Order
- Support sales staff by completing and processing orders
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
Qualifications & experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
- Be strongly skilled in data entry, travel organization and customer service including basic math and reporting skills
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree or above
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly, Time & Self Management., capability for preparing sales quotation, leads, and sales order
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
