Sales Support Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably with an organizational background). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities within the country
• Have strong data analysis skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Understanding of the business processes of the automotive industry

Job Description:

• Support Regional Sales in compiling and analyzing sales data to produce sales reports on national sales performance.
• Report daily sales performance for each Regional Sales Area Manager & Dealer Operation Manager.
• Recap 5 Days DO target for Regional Sales Area Manager & Dealer Operation Manager.
• Prepare materials for Director meetings for weekly and monthly reports.
• Collect manpower data to analyze Sales Force productivity and determine additional salary needs.
• Analyze data regarding sales performance in each area or nationally.
