AlamatMain Accountabilities :
1. Responsible to manage sales and achieve annual business plan through indirect sales channel
2. Managing distributor value proposition and develop existing distributors through training, coaching, monitoring, join visit and effective communication intensively in order to gain their mindshare and walletshare
3. Work together with Territory Manager Indonesia in implementing Territory Management and Go to market strategy through indirect channel
4. Responsible on making sure work seamless workflow, Quality enhancement of distributor operation, utilization and schedule for current and future projects
5. Responsible on IDS reporting (performance and compliance) to SSEA Management and IDS regional / global team
6. Work together with product marketing to support distributor in winning tender / new project
7. As a representative Western Branch to communicate with relevant departments in Epiroc Southern Asia to control and ensure requests for goods or require support by PSSR Western is delivered by timely and accurate manner.
8. Work together with Western Branch service team to map fluidcon parts inquiries for installation
9. Ensure Take 5 conducted before working.
- Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident and Accident"
- Responsible for any other assignment set by Territory Manager in relation with IDS channel
Requirements :
Educational Background :
Minimum diploma degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
Experience :
- Knowledge and experience in Sales process in Epiroc
- Experience in opening new market
- Experience in managing team
Technical Knowledge and Skill :
- Has strong knowledge in drilling and fluidcon application
- Leadership
- Project Management
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
- Computer skills must include ability to communicate through Lotus Notes, read and prepare spreadsheets, prepare Power Point presentations, work with Microsoft word documents, and others.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in both Bahasa Indonesian and Bahasa English both oral and written communication.
