Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales Leadership role.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking and business planning.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated with new technologies.
- Previous experience in an enterprise IT company preferred, particularly in service IT infrastructure, network solutions, cloud integration, security, and managed services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive plans and strategies to meet sales targets.
- Provide guidance and support to the Sales Team, enabling them to achieve peak performance.
- Utilize CRM systems to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships, collaborating with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly update the manager on the Sales Team's performance, progress, and any emerging issues or opportunities.
