Salesforce Developer

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to own everything related to Salesforce implementation and its integration with other internal systems.As Salesforce Developer you will be working alongside our Salesforce Developer who will support you and help bring you up to speed.Together, you will be responsible for Salesforce.com development, its integration with our Twilio, Hubspot, android app, and other cloud based systems.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Design, code and implement a new Salesforce Architecture aiming to optimize it to support our operations, to prime it for upcoming products and to support increasing data gathering.• Drive and own documentation on all objects, datafields, triggers, etc.., so we can better manage Salesforce as we grow.• Be the final decision maker on how to effectively translate business requirements into Salesforce application and solutions.• Engage in a constant dialog with amalan users to understand our processes and how to best support those processes using salesforce.• Coach other team members on best practices.• Test the stability and functionality of salesforce applications.• Coordinate with the IT team to support proper integration between salesforce and other internal tools (incl. our android app, Hubspot, Twilio, QuickBooks, call-center, website, among others).
Requirements
• Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, our new Headquarters being custom built for us.• Experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using salesforce.• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.• Train and mentor other team members on using the Salesforce.com platform.• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.• This position is open for suitable part-time or full-time candidates.
