Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads and converting prospects into clients. They will develop and maintain relationships with clients, manage accounts, and negotiate sales contracts. The Sales Associate will also track sales goals and analyze data to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
• Experience in lead generation and account management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Experience in the creative industry is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
