EKIS MUDA BERKARYA is an entertainment and media holding company based in Surabaya. Established in June 2022, we have already created four successful events in 2022 and are currently organizing three upcoming events this year. Through our four sub-holdings - Bozz Event, Pockets, Trix, and Hypenamic - we offer entertainment services such as consulting, investing, and providing information for music events.
Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account position at EKIS MUDA BERKARYA. As a Key Account, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining key client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for client retention, contract negotiations, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in Key Account management and sales
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the music event industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
