Uraian Tugas

  • Lead the JBP process for offline B2B accounts
  • Strategize and plan all offline projects.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the customer base.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of offline SKU requirement projections (forecasting).
  • Develop and maintain sales systems for all stores to be more effective and efficient.
  • Forecast & review business projections and sales targets.
  • Manage the use of marketing budget & margin in accordance with the target.
  • Responsible for Negotiation and Barter with offline B2B partners.
  • Achieve monthly sales target and outbound product quantity in offline channel

Meminta

  • Proven experience in Offline Event/Retail minimum 2 years;
  • Have strong Leadership and able to manage team;
  • Target Oriented, Able to meet the department target;
  • Enthusiastic, creative, well-organized;
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadline;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
