- Lead the JBP process for offline B2B accounts
- Strategize and plan all offline projects.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the customer base.
- Responsible for the accuracy of offline SKU requirement projections (forecasting).
- Develop and maintain sales systems for all stores to be more effective and efficient.
- Forecast & review business projections and sales targets.
- Manage the use of marketing budget & margin in accordance with the target.
- Responsible for Negotiation and Barter with offline B2B partners.
- Achieve monthly sales target and outbound product quantity in offline channel
