Responsibilities
- Understand our partner’s desired profile for online teachers.
- Search everywhere to find exceptional teachers.
- Assess candidate’s suitability through interviews, testing and demo lessons.
- Use social media and post content to make people want to work for us.
- Set expectations during pre-service orientation.
- Explain the terms and conditions of their service agreement.
- Help new teachers feel settled and supported during training.
- Keep an eye on your candidates until they join a team.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize social media, referrals, teaching hubs and other channels effectively.
- Welcome new teachers through regular events.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and share insights with the team.

How to Apply
During the interview process, you'll need to complete a tech check to assess your work-from-home setup. Following that, you'll have a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager and a thirty minute interview with the leadership team.
