Job Description :
- Ability to strategize and implement overall end-to-end recruiting activities
- Perform job and task analysis and being able to identify the right talent pools for the search roles
- Have critical and logical skill to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal team and assisted stakeholders
- Assessing talent applications, conducting interviews and managing both internal and external stakeholders for open positions
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree graduates with proven work experience as a recruiter with minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunication Industry is a plus
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (CV, screening, interview scheduling, reference checking, offering, process)
- Able to work independently with minimum support
- Good interpersonal skills
