Job Summary
As the CRM Lead, this position will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the Customer Baseline. He / She responsible for optimization traffic / leads / MQL coming in also acquire new leads as well.
This role also needs to define segment activities to cater different customer roles, consist of retention role to engage existing students / parents, acquisition role to optimize marketing efforts for new students / parents and reactivation role to pro actively nudges ex-Students / Alumni.
Job Description
- Lead and inspire the current CRM team
- Expand team responsibilities to include WA for Business, WA Blast, Email Marketing / Newsletter, Optimization programs, and SMS Blast.
- Focus on the conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Implement lead nurturing, scoring, and development activities to enhance customer relationships.
- Assess and analyze Sampoerna Schools System consumer database (Existing and Prospect) from all marketing channels and execute initiative to increase the conversion rate.
Qualifications
- Major in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication and Finance are preferred
- Proven experience in CRM leadership roles.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving
- Learning on the fly ability (independent)
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Experience in tech company is more preferred
- Experienced in 2-3 years managing CRM, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Communication from reputable company
