Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Indonesian citizens are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian educational policies, curriculum frameworks, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and educational initiatives.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage complex situations effectively.
