School Principal

Empathy School is seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal. As the leader of our educational institution, the School Principal will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, implementing educational programs, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of our students. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to excellence.
 

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Indonesian citizens are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian educational policies, curriculum frameworks, and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and educational initiatives.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage complex situations effectively.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and community members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide visionary leadership to the school community, promoting a culture of academic excellence, integrity, and innovation.
2. Develop and implement educational policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the school's mission and vision.
3. Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, providing support and guidance to enhance teaching effectiveness and professional growth.
4. Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of qualified faculty and staff members.
5. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive and inclusive school environment.
6. Manage the school budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability.
7. Maintain compliance with government regulations and accreditation standards.
8. Foster positive relationships with local communities, organizations, and educational institutions.
9. Lead efforts to promote student engagement, achievement, and well-being.
10. Handle disciplinary issues and conflict resolution in a fair and constructive manner.
11. Stay informed about educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of education at the school.
