We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master that will be enabling our teams to deliver exceptional results and drive continuous improvement in our agile processes.

Job Descriptions:

• Coach and mentor teams on agile principles, practices, and Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including Sprint planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams, leveraging your experience in areas such as programming or system analysis to understand and support their needs.
• Ensure that agile events are conducted effectively and that the team fully understands their purpose and the resulting outputs.
• Address challenges and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
• Promote a culture of self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Encourage open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Foster a sense of quality and safety in product development and release processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, preferably in an agile framework. Strong knowledge of Scrum or SAFe is a significant advantage.
• Technical background, such as prior experience as a programmer, system analyst, or similar technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to improve the effectiveness of agile ceremonies and drive a deeper understanding of their purpose and outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on building trust and transparency.
• A commitment to quality and safety in product development.
• Experience in guiding teams towards self-organization and accountability, along with a strong understanding of the roles within an agile team.
• Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist are a plus.
