- Initiate acquisition strategic plan and deliver execution for seller acquisition for consignment by Shopee
- Understand market insights to determine industry and trend
- Develop proposal to align provided consignment model services and merchants requirement
- Build, maintain relationships and field visit with supplier
- Collaborate with cross functional team for new supplier registration and onboarding
- Negotiate commercial deals and term of contract to maximize profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-6 years of working experience in account management, seller acquisition, partnership relationships or purchasing
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and able to work and multitask in a fast pace environment
- Fluent in Thai and proficiency in Chinese. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
- Previous experience has connection with sellers/supliers/importers/ manufacturer
