Section Head Business Development:

- A bachelor's degree in environment, chemical,  management, business management  or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working in Business Development natural gas / oil &  gas industry
- Have comprehensive knowledge of the market, especially in the field of EPC, construction maintenance for oil and gas  
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Experience in the oil and gas or EPC industry is a plus
- Knowledgeable in contract review
- Has good time management and planning.
- Excellent in English (written & oral)

Jobdesc:

- Develop new clients on target industry and maintain good client relationship & stakeholders
- Participate in the commercial-related work in the full lifecycle process of project development until contract signing, including pre-qualification, bidding, contract negotiations
