[Job Description]
Manage multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
Sit in meetings to take minutes
Create memos, reports and agendas as needed
Prepare financial reports, invoices, letters and reports
Distribute memos, reports and other information and supervision to related colleagues
** Detailed tasks will be assigned after interview/in-house training
[Qualifications]
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and critical thinking skills
Have experience at least 2 year as administrator or strategic secretary
Proficiency in excel and word
Works at Jogja
Proficiency communication in English or korean
