Job Description:
- Generate/Acquire leads by targeting best-fit LFF (Local fulfillment) sellers based on comprehensive market intelligence such as B2B/B2C or on/offline export to overseas/US/SEA/LATAM, and local demands on Korean products, but not limited to.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with key enablers/players for LFF Seller Acquisition
- Be responsible for working with potential new sellers by having a solid recommendation on market/ category/ SKU selection for Local Fulfillment onboarding
- Be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding journey by improving, standardizing, and optimizing by working with relevant teams
- Be responsible for tracking, monitoring and improving the performance of new LFF sellers
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of of working experience in relevant professional background (e-commerce, retail, business development)
- FBA experience (at least one year) is a plus
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using a solution-focused, action biased and creative approach
- Ability to create your own path and to work in a fast-moving environment
- Entrepreneurship and ability to add value by driving initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills backed with analytical skill
- Work well with cross-functional teams in a pressured environment maintaining a positive, team-player mindset
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills to manage and negotiate with various partners
- Strong data management ability or willingness to learn is a must
