Job Description:
- Design and manage a BAU communication/education program for sellers inclusive of
- 1) deciding what topics to cover per week.
- 2) writing/co-writing 4-6 seller knowledge articles in Thai language.
- 3) supporting CS / SOS Ops KAMs team with Q&A, email macros or short paragraphs to respond to seller questions.
- Can effectively understand Shopee policy requirement as well as seller sentiment and be able to explain what are the sellers concern to the other SOS team members, as well as other Operations / commercial function members .
- Able to finish the assign task within the timeline provided.
- Be able to communicate with verbal and written in Thai Language effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- High-proficiency in Thai written language
- Ability to tailor communications messages to specific audiences
- Excel or data management skill set is a plus
