Job Description
· Manage and lead the entire end to end marketing mix and brand strategy for our product
· Create and set the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
· Build nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally such as NPD, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail channels and other channels, service providers and agencies
· Drive business growth and brand equity through some exciting Innovation and NPD projects
· Manage the budget for both ATL and BTL
· Develop brand's digital marketing strategy
· Lead market research efforts to understand customers' perception and behavior
Requirements
· Have at least 7 years of experience in similar role
· Having a bachelor degree in Finance or Marketing major is preferable
· Knowledgeable in brand planning and consumer analysis
· Have deep understanding of brand performance and future aspirations
· Experienced in financial and P&L management
· Well spoken and written in English
· Tech savvy
· Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal guidelines
