Responsibilities:
- Promote the completion of the customer's whole vehicle problem consulting and give a response, and record and feedback to the relevant departments to rectify the situation, regular inspection and verification;
- Maintain customer relationship and brand image. Presales customer service is the bridge between the company and customers, need to establish good customer relations, maintain the company's brand image, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Customer rebates, policy accuracy, and timeliness improvement;
- Reduction of the complaint rate.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Mandarin and English is preferred;
- Professional experience in Customer Service or experience related.
- Good MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills.
