Job description:
- Handle visa requests from the client
- Manage client portfolio through CRM
- Responsible for several kinds of Australia visa applications of the client
- Make contact with international or local or any third party companies related to Australia visa application
- Inform and advise clients on their visa needs
- Answer online and offline client requests
- Doing marketing by visiting third parties which are related to the industry
- Enhancing social media promotion and marketing strategy
- Other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritized
- The candidate must be graduated from a reputable Indonesia public university or other overseas universities, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Required skills: marketing, public speaking, Microsoft office, digital media marketing, content writing, Customer Service, international relation, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, good decision making, critical thinking, etc
- Keen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervised
- Honest, loyal, fast learner, attention to detail, good at teamwork, and research-oriented
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar and/or Jakarta
