Customer Service Specialist

Job description:

• Handle visa requests from the client
• Manage client portfolio through CRM
• Responsible for several kinds of Australia visa applications of the client
• Make contact with international or local or any third party companies related to Australia visa application
• Inform and advise clients on their visa needs
• Answer online and offline client requests
• Doing marketing by visiting third parties which are related to the industry
• Enhancing social media promotion and marketing strategy
• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritized
• The candidate must be graduated from a reputable Indonesia public university or other overseas universities, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Required skills: marketing, public speaking, Microsoft office, digital media marketing, content writing, Customer Service, international relation, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, good decision making, critical thinking, etc
• Keen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervised
• Honest, loyal, fast learner, attention to detail, good at teamwork, and research-oriented
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar and/or Jakarta
