Our Content Specialist is responsible for supporting clients and the digital marketing team in crafting and executing written and verbal content for various media. A Content Writer works in collaboration with other Creatives from the Digital Marketing (Inbound Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media), Creative Design and Web Development teams in managing marketing campaigns.
As an Content Specialist, you will:
1. Copywriting, SEO writing, and editing best practices within standards
2. Get, want and have the capacity to fulfill the requirements of the seat
3. Fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators
4. Execute assigned tasks under innovation projects
5. Serve as back-up/cover resource for key clients when needed
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating various forms of content, including but not limited to:
- White papers/ebooks: Dive deep into industry topics to produce comprehensive resources that provide valuable insights and thought leadership.
- Blogs/articles: Craft engaging blog posts and articles that captivate readers and drive engagement.
- Listicles/infographics: Present information in a visually appealing and easy-to-digest format to enhance audience understanding.
Content Atomization Planning and Execution:
- You will lead the effort in repurposing pillar content into other forms to maximize reach and support the buyer's journey. This involves strategizing how to leverage existing content across multiple platforms to extend its impact and relevance.
Campaign Copywriting and Optimization:
- In this role, you will develop compelling copy for various marketing campaigns, including:
- Emails: Create demand generation, nurture, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) email campaigns that drive action and engagement.
- Campaign support: Craft persuasive copy for landing pages, website content, and social media posts to support campaign objectives.
- Ads: Write captivating copy for social media, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and display ads to attract and convert leads.
Content Inventory Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive content database for clients, cataloging content according to marketing goals. This involves tracking performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Independence and Value Addition:
- You will be expected to deliver high-quality work independently while also contributing valuable insights and ideas to both the team and clients.
