Senior Cook

ANV Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Cook to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Planning and directing food preparation on a daily base
• Managing and training the kitchen staff according to the company standards
• Making a schedule for the kitchen staff
• Ensure proper quality control of the prepared food and services
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment according to company-standardized recipes.
• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
• Portions of food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, rice cookers, sauté burners, blenders, flat top range, refrigeration and any other equipment.
• Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
• Order new products from different suppliers as required
• Maintain good technical condition of kitchen equipment and report any breakage
• Perform a good team job with other cooks and servers to make food fast and serve the guests to the best of their ability
• Other duties may be assigned to the employee based on the personal performance of the Employee and the needs of the Employer.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen sections
• Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
• Passion for delivering great food and service.
• Multitasking and organizational ability.

• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
