Job Summary

As the Senior Data Analytics in Batumbu, one of the leading peer-to-peer lending platform for productive sector, your role is pivotal in leveraging Google Cloud services, including data warehousing solutions, alongside Python, Tableau, SQL, and Excel, to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data. You will play a crucial part in driving strategic decision-making, optimizing business performance, and fostering innovation within the peer-to-peer lending ecosystem. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will derive actionable insights, enhance risk management strategies, and drive growth initiatives tailored to the unique dynamics of the peer-to-peer lending platform.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Utilize Google Cloud's data warehouse solutions, such as BigQuery, to store and analyze vast volumes of financial data generated within the peer-to-peer lending platform.
• Leverage Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning tasks to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Utilize Tableau to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide insights into borrower behavior, loan performance, and market trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
• Harness SQL to query and manipulate data sets, perform aggregations, and extract pertinent information for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Employ Excel for advanced data analysis tasks, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and trend forecasting, to support strategic initiatives.

Strategic Decision Support:

• Provide analytical support for strategic business initiatives, encompassing product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion efforts tailored to the peer-to-peer lending industry.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments using historical loan data and predictive modeling techniques to optimize underwriting criteria, mitigate credit risk, and enhance portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop data-driven strategies that foster growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall borrower experience within the peer-to-peer lending platform.

Data Management and Governance:

• Design and implement robust data pipelines within Google Cloud Platform to ingest, transform, and load financial data from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and accessibility.
• Enforce stringent data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and data protection regulations, safeguarding sensitive borrower information.
• Monitor data quality and consistency using SQL queries and data validation techniques to identify and rectify anomalies or discrepancies in the data, maintaining the integrity of the peer-to-peer lending platform's data ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and finance teams to define data requirements and develop analytical solutions aligned with key business objectives and challenges within the peer-to-peer lending industry.
