Senior Designer (Project Manager)

Daewoong Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Construction Manager to lead our diverse portfolio of ongoing projects.

■ Responsibilities: Shared services for each affiliated company to ensure that major architecture & Interior projects are properly operated and connected to performance' 

1. Support the progress of new business by applying Daewoong Group's unified design standards (establishment of space design standards)Main Projects: co-living, smart farm resort construction, villa etc.
2. Renovation & space improvement for existing sites (Co-working, Clinic)
3. Make RFPs and be participated in the bidding process based on the URS from operation team for each project
4. Communication and management of architects and contractors (contracting, supervision, communication)

■ Qualifications

 [REQUIRED]

1. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

2. Work experience: At least 5 years in Architecture/Interior field

3. Related majors (Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design) 

4. Fluent and proficient communication in Korean or English, Indonesian is preferred.

5. Technical savvy is required. Desired skill-sets include CAD, MS Office Application (Excel, PPT)

6. Strong portfolio that illustrates high quality architecture or interior design contents (Those without a portfolio cannot apply)

■ [PREFERRED]

1. Experience in space planning, concrete solutions to problems, and experience in Indonesian and Southeast Asian architecture and interiors.

2. Strong, Creative planning skills and curiosity to learn about new trends. 

3. Global project experience, experience in designing hotels and complexes.

4. Appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability in response to changing business needs
