Senior Executive Assistant Director

Our Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive Assistant Director to join our team and will be located in Spazio Tower Surabaya

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide Executive Support: Assist the Executive team with daily report, administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing emails, and coordination meetings, follow up projects.
2. Project Management: Take ownership of special projects, manage timelines, and ensure their successful completion.
3. Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, conveying information accurately and professionally.
4. Data Analysis: Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision making processes.
5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. Proven experience in an executive support role of minimum 5 years.
3. Age between 28-35 years old.
4. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
6. Proficiency in office software (e/g Microsoft Office, ERP System).
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
8. The Candidate must be well groomed, and attractive appearance.
